Shipping Policies

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders $99 or above

At Babytimesaver.com we ship Monday-Friday within 24 hours but we are available via phone and packaging orders on weekends.

At this time we ship only in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

We stock all of our products, therefore all orders will ship out together.

At Babytimesaver.com we make every effort to make sure you will be happy with your order, if, however, an order is refused by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Babytimesaver.com. Also, if a wrong shipping address is given, the customer will be responsible for any return costs and redelivery costs.
We ship UPS, which will not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box and would like to arrange for another method of shipping, please contact us.

Return Policy:

Our goal at Babytimesaver.com is to make your life easier. We expect that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will continue to provide you with excellent customer service after your sale. As long as the item is in saleable condition and in its original packaging you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of the sale date.

If a product has been opened and you are not satisfied you may return it within 30 days of the sale date and will be issued a merchandise credit to be used within 60 days.

If your item is a gift you have 45 days from the sale date. You will be issued a merchandise credit to be used within 60 days.

Due to health and hygiene, Babytimesaver.com is unable to accept returns on personal items. These include, diaper bags, pacifiers, breast pumps and accessories, formula, medicine.

For all returns you will need a return authorization number. You may contact us either by e-mail, info@babytimesaver.com, or phone, 1-866-551-2229, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Print your authorization number on your receipt. Send to 2367 w. 208th st. D#2,Torrance, CA. 90501. We recommend shipping with tracking. We do not refund shipping costs or any return shipping costs.
